Windows:
1. Run the teacoin-qt client
2. Click "start" or the "start button".
3. Type in "%appdata%" to get to your Application Data Roaming directory.
4. Open the folder called "Teacoin".
5. Create a file called teacoin.conf (make sure it you don't create teacoin.conf.txt)
6. open teacoin.conf and add these lines
addnode=66.85.164.76
addnode=emiko.dyndns.info
addnode=184.95.40.150
7. Save and close the .conf file
8. close and restart teacoin-qt
